• Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance of beverage (CSD)/ Cake Line machinery.

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment, machinery, and utility systems.

• Ensure smooth operation of production machines (mixers, ovens, packaging lines).

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels, MCC, VFD, motor control circuits, and PLC-based systems.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns in production and utility areas (e.g., compressor, chiller, packaging machine, boiler, etc.) to minimize downtime.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for smooth plant operation.

• Maintain records of electrical maintenance, spares, and daily activity reports.

• Assist in implementing energy-saving projects and plant automation initiatives.

• Supervise technicians and ensure safe working practices during electrical work.
