Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and maintain knowledge on all project data
∎ Manage all customer complaints and resolve all issues related to project
∎ Coordinate with vendors and eliminate all for production
∎ Manage and develop database according to Project Manager’s guideline
∎ Analyze client data and establish processing for same
∎ Administer all data on host environment and use project tools
∎ Develop and prepare reports for all project exceptions
∎ Analyze work of operations team and recommend processes to initiate continuous enhancement
∎ Monitor case vault as per project requirement
