Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor degree in any discipline, CSE/IT degree will be given preferences

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and implementing company approved policies and procedures for controlling system, ensuring appropriate use and coordinating disaster recovery.
∎ Designing and implementing system related projects.
∎ Troubleshooting server hardware and recovering software from system failures.
∎ Maintaining coordination and communication with the major stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring full tech support by working with the application development team and the platform development team closely.
∎ Serving as an escalation point for addressing problems & defects and facilitating the solutions of Windows, VMware, Linux, Active directory, Group Policy, ADFS, file server, ADRMS, PKI infrastructure, Bit Locker, Web Server, System Center Suite, Virtualization, High Availability, Backup System.
∎ Ensuring compliance regarding the development of required data and reporting standards.
∎ Facilitating operational configuration and assisting in functional change requests.
∎ Supporting business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.
∎ Providing technical support for SAP Basis related tasks and monitoring SAP Server environment for smooth business operations purposes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Working knowledge of Windows, VMware, Linux, Active directory, Group Policy, ADFS, file server, ADRMS, PKI infrastructure, Bit Locker, Web Server, System, Center Suite, Virtualization, High Availability, Backup System
∎ Expertise in Collaboration services (MS Exchange, SharePoint, skype for business etc.)
∎ Working knowledge with different roles of Servers, storages and Backup systems.
∎ Certifications in CCNP, MCSE, RHCE, including HP/DELL/ IBM/EMC server and storage system, Data center, ITIL or related field will be an added advantage.
∎ Proven skills in Server / Storage / Virtualization / Cloud Computing / Backup System / System Security / SAP System Maintenance etc.
