∎ Skilled in Mikrotik device administration
∎ Will get preference for who know Cisco/Juniper

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring & troubleshooting of the network and reporting.
∎ Good hands-on knowledge in BGP configuration, static routing, NAT, STP, VLANs, End-User Bandwidth Shaping using Mikrotik, etc.
∎ Good working knowledge of network topologies, equipment, protocols, and services (e.g., routers, switches, OLT). Collaborating with NOC and the system support team to ensure the company's efficient service.
∎ Tier-2 & Tier-3 support for customers
∎ Intending to participate in on-site support at CPE
∎ Customer solution/requirement assessment
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Complaint receive and ticketing.
∎ Provide technical support at the user end as per requirement.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction regarding support & service. Telesales/ Telemarketing.
∎ Provide service to walk-in clients.
∎ Customer relationship developments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
