Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
∎ Proficient in Python with working knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
∎ Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
∎ Proficiency in developing, training, and optimizing supervised and unsupervised models.
∎ Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
∎ Familiarity with ML model deployment pipelines via REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI, or ML.NET.
∎ Basic knowledge of SQL and handling data in relational and NoSQL databases.
∎ Version control and collaboration using Git.
∎ Experience integrating ML models into enterprise systems.
∎ Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and business process automation platforms.
∎ Ability to work closely with business analysts and process owners to translate business goals into AI-driven outcomes.
∎ Understanding of ethical AI principles, including transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation…
∎ Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI.
∎ Experience with Docker or containerized ML deployment.
∎ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows is a plus.
