We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-driven Senior Sales Executive who can lead our B2B sales operations, close deals, and help us grow our client base and revenue.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new client relationships, and converting leads into long-term business. This role focuses heavily on networking, lead generation, quotation and proposal management, deal negotiation, and revenue expansion.
You will be working closely with the leadership, project management and marketing teams to align strategies, ensure consistent growth, market engagement and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B clients for software development and digital solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and client engagement.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Negotiate pricing, deadlines, and contract terms to ensure profitable deal closures.
Conduct sales and demo meetings to effectively communicate product and service value.
Update and optimize sales packages, pricing models, and presentation materials regularly.
. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with branding and promotional plans.
Collaborate with the Development team to align project deadline, milestone and successful project delivery.
Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and territory-based objectives.
Track and analyze performance metrics, suggest improvements, and report results to management.
Maintain professional knowledge by attending IT/software workshops, conferences, and industry events.
