Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle customers and sales at our Branch. Sales Executive will be required to help them with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.
∎ Sales Executive provides specific information to prospective customer. and customers to promote understanding of relevant IT products, components & accessories. SE to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales target for Branch business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and directing customers and providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services);
∎ Answering customers' questions about specific products/services;
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing and cross-sell products;
∎ Ensure racks are fully stocked and manage returns of merchandise;
∎ Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times);
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers and to provide customer feedback to the Store Manager;
∎ Help customers with returns and exchange of products and stay up-to-date with new products/services;
∎ Collaborate with fellow employees to provide high-quality customer service;
∎ Explain and tell customers about discounts and offers currently going on;
∎ Constantly replenish information on all products/merchandise such as price, features, after-sales service, etc.;
∎ Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records and manages financial transactions;
∎ Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards and alerts management of potential security issues.
∎ Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role;
∎ Understanding of the retail sales process;
∎ Familiarity with consumer behavior principles;
∎ Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures and basic math skills;
∎ Track record of achieving sales targets;
∎ Ability to perform in fast-paced environments;
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts.
