• Identify and develop new corporate and travel agency accounts to increase bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate leads.
• Coordinate with the reservations and front office teams to ensure smooth booking operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and room packages.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and prompt service.
