1. Greet and welcome guests warmly to the restaurant and assist them with seating.

2. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide recommendations when requested.

3. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timing.

4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, utensils, and service areas at all times.

5. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to their needs.

6. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.

7. Handle billing procedures accurately and process payments through cash or POS.

8. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.

9. Ensure that tables are properly set before and after every meal period.

10. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as per hotel policy.

11. Support restaurant management in organizing buffet setups or special events.

12. Report any guest complaints or unusual incidents to the supervisor immediately.

13. Assist colleagues and maintain teamwork to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
