• Age 25 to 45 years

1. Prepare, maintain, and update daily financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

2. Handle salary preparation, including attendance tracking, overtime, and bonus calculation.

3. Submit VAT and Tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) accurately and on time as per NBR requirements.

4. Maintain proper documentation and records for VAT/TAX, vendor payments, and utility bills.

5. Develop and record vouchers, invoices, and receipts as per national accounting policy.

6. Manage vendor payments, coordinate with suppliers for bills, and ensure timely settlements.

7. Monitor and process utility payments (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.) to avoid interruptions.

8. Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions regularly.

9. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and petty cash management.

10. Support hotel management with budget planning, cost control, and internal financial insights.

11. Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all financial and administrative tasks.

12. Perform any other related duties assigned by management in support of hotel operations.
