Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed University. Preference shall be given to candidates with additional certification from Garment manufacturing and Quality monitoring institutions.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ A reputed Buying Office is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sr. Quality Assurance Manager - Quality Assurance.
∎ Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh. Will be required to travel to Laundries and Factories on regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will report to GM Quality Assurance.
∎ Responsible for ensuring strong day-to-day quality monitoring.
∎ Regular laundry and factory visits to ensure proper process controls
∎ Implementation of Product quality guidelines and procedures both at Pre production and Production stages.
∎ Ensure proper QC work planning based on production status at each factory.
∎ Immediate corrective action on quality issues at factories and laundries to ensure finished product is of acceptable quality.
∎ Arrange Pre final and Final Quality Audits at factories as per Buyers Requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of Experience in Quality Assurance.
∎ Basic knowledge of garment patterns.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Garments Accessories, Fabric, Garment Washing, AQL Standards.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and hard working.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
