∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring production and Shipment Plan for Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Embroidery and SPD sections.
∎ Daily Production follow up from Cut to Ship.
∎ Controlling the sewing operators and supervisors.
∎ Generating daily production report.
∎ Making monthly production plan as per shipment.
∎ Running order status report.
∎ Floor MP balancing and follow up.
∎ To keep all records related to production.
∎ To motivate Supervisors & Operators to increase production & ensure Quality.
∎ Co-operate with quality assurance department to maintain the Quality standard.
∎ Provide technical file, paper such as-MO sheet, production chart, measurement chart, technical advice etc. to line Supervisor.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working in CAP will be preferable.
∎ Handling H&M, PUMA and POLO will be given priority.
∎ Smooth communication in English is required.
