Garment production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor Cutting, Sewing and Finishing sections smoothly to meet the shipment on time. To control all the Operators, supervisors, line chiefs, floor chiefs very smartly to achieve production target on daily basis.
∎ To ensure daily production as per target from all the sections (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing).
∎ To solve all kinds of production related problems which may arise in the floor.
∎ Maintain discipline in cutting, sewing and finishing sections.
∎ To keep all records related to production.
∎ To take special care on Quality.
∎ To follow swatch carefully before starting production & provide swatch board instructions and sample to the production line.
∎ To ensure that materials are available for running style in sewing & finishing section. Co-operate with quality assurance department to increase the Quality standard gradually.
∎ Provide technical file, paper such as-MO sheet, production chart, measurement chart, technical advice etc. to line supervisors, line chiefs & floor chiefs.
∎ Ensure better working environment & job satisfaction for the production personnel.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC for compliance support.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smooth communication skill in English.
