Time: 10 AM– 7 PM | Weekend: Sunday

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Level: Top & Mid-Level

Salary: 60k – 120k (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and improvement.

• Develop and maintain web applications and software tools/internal systems.

• Build and optimize backend APIs and manage databases.

• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web products.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and consistent UI across devices.

• Optimize web performance (loading speed, assets, and overall user experience).

• Debug, test, and improve performance and stability across the stack.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both web development and software development.

• Strong skills in one backend language (Python/PHP/Node/Java) and modern frontend stack (HTML, CSS, JS + React/Next/Vue).

• Solid web fundamentals: responsive design, cross-browser behavior, and basic SEO-friendly structure.

• Experience with frontend frameworks

• Experience with databases, APIs, and software architecture.

• Hands-on experience building and launching real products.

• Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, and basic testing.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and willingness to learn and adapt.
