Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Raw cotton is unloaded and waste cotton is properly disposed off.
∎ Assist and maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Ensure to maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
∎ Provide the required support and help to all team members to perform their activities perfectly.
∎ Monitoring Safety issues of entire store department.Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.Ensure Raw Cotton distribution to factory floor.
∎ Maintain raw cotton incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy and maintain proper documentation.
