Education:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification in HR will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute training programs to meet the needs of various departments, levels, and job categories.
∎ Conduct needs assessments through employee feedback, performance appraisals, and department goals to identify training gaps.
∎ Deliver training sessions in areas such as leadership, technical skills, customer service, compliance, and soft skills.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives and team needs.
∎ Develop career development plans for employees, including leadership development programs, mentoring, and coaching.
∎ Oversee the management and implementation of individual development plans for employees to ensure career growth and progression.
∎ Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance reviews, and post-training assessments.
∎ Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement to ensure training initiatives meet business objectives.
∎ Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and cost-efficiently.
∎ Research and recommend external training providers and learning platforms, ensuring high-quality programs at competitive prices.
∎ Ensure all training activities comply with legal and regulatory standards (such as labor laws, safety regulations, etc.).
∎ Prepare and present training reports for senior management, outlining training outcomes, employee development progress, and ROI.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous learning to increase employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
∎ Support HR’s recruitment and retention strategy by ensuring employees have opportunities for professional growth and career progression within the organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the Training and Development programs for all employees at Quality Feeds Limited. This role ensures that employees continuously acquire and enhance skills that meet the organization’s goals, industry standards, and individual career progression. The position also focuses on creating a culture of continuous learning and development to improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction.
