Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and plan the daily work schedule of Cement sales team & monitor their activities as per schedule in order to maintain the smooth sales operation.
∎ Check daily attendance of sales team based on assigned zone of Fresh cement & Meghnacem Deluxe brand and submit report to concerned business head accordingly.
∎ Responsible for regular market research (Dealer Price, Retail Price, Market Share, Retail coverage, Branding & Market campaign) and report to concern department head with PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Develop & maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, manage effective relationship with key partners (Distributor, Dealer & Retailer) and create strong network with competitor’s brands or companies.
∎ Provide competitive analysis on competitors market offerings and identify market trends & business models.
∎ Assist in formulating and executing trade offers to contribute in sales growth as per business strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people everyday
∎ Practical experience in Advance Excel, Power Point, SQL & BI
