Responsibilities & Context:
∎ EMS Apparels Ltd (100% export oriented Accessories & Knit garments Leed platinum Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, Oekotex 100, RSC etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 20 Sewing lines with 20 tons Knitting under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. EMS Apparels Ltd. is conducting a lot of CSR activities among the employees as well as social affairs.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Special qualification for design regarding embroidery.
∎ Need the vast knowledge about the Embroidery Machine.
∎ Maintain the communication with Manager.
∎ Full Fill Manage the buyer requirement.
∎ Understanding the buyer's need.
∎ Understand product specification and art work.
∎ Maintain Skill communication with Section head and relevant all factory production concern.
∎ Understanding Embroidery process and Embroidery accessories product.
∎ Coordinate consistent information flow for new item development and global product changes with sales force, customer service team, and production and team.
∎ Handle inquiry from Sales / CS team and suggest the best production methods in line with desired price points.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of quotation and samplings to sales and hub PD.
∎ Develop and analyze product specifications to determine present standards, propose quality and reliability expectancy of samplings and products.
∎ Deliver optimal service to the specific group of customers / accounts and support best in class execution of global product development.
∎ Support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
∎ Initiate and run projects based on topics given by concern departments.
∎ Work on product re-engineering regularly to improve margin and also give a better quotation support to sales team for business growth.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
