Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in handling first sale documents with US customer.
∎ Experience in the dot forwarding payment system, open account etc.
∎ Experience in handling documents with customer as a vendor / middleman incase payment is receivable by vendor.
∎ Ensure and follow-up Bank for LC Open, vendor payment from customer side and Documents Collection.
∎ Preparing LC Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Having sound knowledge on C&F, Customs Bond rules & regulations.
∎ Checking commercial documents for correction. Communicating with factories, forwarders, and other relevant parties regarding on time handover and documents submission.
∎ Proceed and settle debit notes from customer.
∎ Settle vendor claims by following debit notes.
∎ Ensure preparing all import & export documents on time.
∎ Follow up with Foreign Supplier & Shipment Schedule.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures.
∎ Collect quotations against specific freight forwarders and prepare a comparative statement for specific exportable items.
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export and import documentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
