Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the order production plan management of the base, including planning, executing the plan, checking the completion of the plan and drawing up improvement measures.
∎ Power to Analyze production order
∎ Power to schedule production planning
∎ Daily work content and norms - Form and material name list
∎ According to the annual capacity planning of the S&OP department, formulate the annual production plan of the base and the production capacity target formulation of each floor.« Annual output value planning table »
∎ Organize order reviews for new products, verify production capacity, and determine production lines Order Review Form »
∎ Arrange the production plan of the base according to the execution order of the S&OP department, determine the delivery time of the order, ensure the completion rate of the target output value above 90%, and ensure the continuity and balance of production «production plan / schedule»
∎ Follow up the material arrival progress according to the production plan to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan ; « PMC Material Requirements Form »
∎ Execute each system to place orders according to the production plan, and print the documents to the production workshop « production work order
