Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist. Line Manager, Planning & Co-ordination to organize and formulate Production Planning as per company objective and ABP.
∎ Assist Line Manager to formulate and implement systems & procedures for the above plan.
∎ Coordinate with marketing to update sales forecast and delivery requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase Department to ensure raw material availability.
∎ Ensure effective capacity utilization keeping Inventory and WIP at the agreed level.
∎ Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements.
∎ Maintain regular activity as per the requirement of ISO:9001,14001 & OHSAS:18001
∎ Generate departmental MIS as per requirements
∎ Attend warranty claims as per agreed warranty policy.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of work process/system and development of self.
