Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Apparels Manufacturing Technology)/ Post Graduate in Mathematics, Statistic from Reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Sector

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Method & Process improvement
∎ Calculating efficiency report
∎ Calculating section & process wise SMV
∎ SMV reduction & MP savings
∎ Do the pre-production activity for relevant style
∎ MP Balancing/ Layout/ Work Place Arrangement
∎ Calculating SMV of every new style
∎ Critical Process Analysis
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target
∎ Process Standardization
∎ Ensure to avoid the daily OT
∎ Follow up hourly production
∎ Calculating manpower requirement based on plan.
∎ Find out the Bottle neck, analysis and stick to the problems until settle and clear it.
∎ Apply "WORK STUDY" Techniques to improve the overall floor performances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Target oriented & hard working mentality.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office and E-mail.
∎ Female are highly encouraged to apply.
