Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proving all formats as per requirement of marketing & sales team.
∎ Contacting with field sales force though phone to collect information as per requirement top management.
∎ Preparing presentation instantly as per requirement top management.
∎ Sales data update Monthly & Yearly (Cash/ Credit, Model, Dealer, Area, LC etc).
∎ Making all types of meeting presentation for marketing and sales.
∎ Preparing posting sheet for new employees and providing it to HR.
∎ Preparing monthly sales target vs Achievement.
∎ Preparing multimedia presentation of Principal (VECV) Business related, Dealer, Board, Sales, Monthly & Sr. to above meeting with complete data.
∎ Preparing quarterly sales target vs achievement (RML & DSE).
∎ Month to month "Import Data" analysis and preparing a market share report so that next marketing move can be taken efficiently (Quantity, FOB and Segment).
∎ Competitors Comparison (Import, Price, Package & Sales) to get clear picture of Bangladesh Commercial Vehicle Industry.
∎ Preparing Quarterly Incentive, incentive plan, yearly Dealer Book.
∎ Sales target of Month, Model, Area, Dealer (Draft to Finalization)
∎ Preparing district wise sales record of Dealer from 2004 to running months, see progress report, send to Dealer's & Area Managers and place to Director for formulating next marketing strategy.
∎ Preparing DSE wise monthly sales & visit plan, sales achievement summery
∎ Coordinate sales department with other departments through giving necessary data and information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Ability to work effectively and efficiently with sales organizations and customers
∎ Strong Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint skills
∎ Commitment to work with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of managing MIS section independently.
∎ Well conversant in modern MIS technics
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country and overseas is required.
Salary: Negotiable
