Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appoint dealer/Corporate and make agreement as per company policy.
∎ Introduce with RML rules & regulations and Executive – Supply Chain for close cooperation.
∎ Prepare target of each spare dealer and take initiative to achieve the same.
∎ Forecast spares selling and place order in advance to Executive- Procurement (Foreign).
∎ Build up close relation with existing parts dealer and always care about their satisfaction.
∎ Support Spares dealer introducing with customer of EICHER vehicle and also update them with new customers.
∎ Arrange training of spares dealer about storing spares and system of ordering spares.
∎ Arrange meeting of spares dealer/corporate with enhance surrounding area with a view to increase spares retailer sales. Keep update information of competitor activities and execute set plan to increase
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on spare parts supply chain and inventory.
∎ Well conversant with multi-tasking, time management & prioritizing.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English are required.
∎ Good Physical Fitness is required to travel all over the Country.
∎ Should be Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
