Manufacturing and Quality, Plant Management, Plant Operation, Production, Production Process, Quality Control Assurance, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Inspect
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To inspect vehicles in every stage of assembly & manufacturing to ensure quality following assembly /manufacturing guidelines.
∎ Develops, implements and evaluates QA/QC-related systems, processes, practices, standards, procedures, methods statements, forms and templates
∎ To monitor assemble quality, testing standards, and report on the quality of products.
∎ Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely.
∎ Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
∎ Inspection of all parts or raw materials before assembly & during unpacking as per standard.
∎ Ensure that parts are received in good quality condition & raise product claim report on time and final settlement.
∎ Conduct parts & products audits, and training to all operation members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 0-3 years experience of working in Automobile/ Engineering Industry
∎ Keen to adapt new projects & challenges
∎ Hands on experience in CKD operations & packaging
∎ specifically in Vehicle & Engine Assembly
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD Design 2D, 3D
∎ Sound knowledge in Automation is Preferable.
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills
∎ Lean manufacturing experience and Responds to changing environment
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
