Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering (Auto Mobile/ Power/ Mechanical)
∎ Having MBA degree will be considered as an additional qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory management, Raw material inventory, Store Inventory and Control, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto store shelves as needed.
∎ Monitor stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.
∎ Focused on time and making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time, and that there are no shortages on shelves.
∎ Ensure accurate product inventory for customers.
∎ Develop an inventory tracking systems to streamline business operations.
∎ Keep close monitoring about current stock and potential issues with orders.
∎ Conduct daily analysis to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Report on inventory activities and variance.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ To identify the minimum stock level and lead-time.
∎ To make necessary arrangements for procurement from overseas and local market timely as per demand.
∎ To arrange the parts keeping in a systematic manner.
∎ To ensure the safety and security of the stock and documents of parts.
∎ To Maintain ERP system for incoming and outgoing of parts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
∎ Willing to travel intensely all over the country.
∎ Computer literacy is must specially on MS Office Package.
