Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc / B.Sc in Mechanical / IPE Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Assembly, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Health Safety and Environment, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), Manufacturing and Quality, Plant Management, Plant Operation, Production, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vehicle to build following manufacturing guidelines (FERT codes, design drawing, etc. to follow).
∎ Machinery & equipment of production line to handle properly.
∎ BOM correction, documentation, reports.
∎ Prepare SOP for all the models, and develop new processes within the system.
∎ Calculate capacity & line balancing, process flow diagram, and time study skills.
∎ UCR management (damage, missing, short, excess spare parts claiming for warranty and settlement).
∎ Manage to identify as well as implement the subsequent changes of assembly and manufacturing drawings as necessary.
∎ Optimization of processes to meet objectives of lowering cost and improving productivity fulfilling the standard quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 0-3 years experience of working in Automobile/ Engineering Industry
∎ Keen to adapt new projects & challenges
∎ Hands on experience in CKD operations & packaging
∎ specifically in Vehicle & Engine Assembly
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD Design 2D, 3D
∎ Sound knowledge in Automation is Preferable.
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills
∎ Lean manufacturing experience and Responds to changing environment
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
