Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
After Sales Service, Customer Relationship Managment, four wheeler, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mechanical Engineer, Service/ support, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop market share of service and parts of corporate house
∎ Manage and lead the corporate service team to achieve revenue targets
∎ Update market information according to market segment wise, match existing product with customer requirement.
∎ Ensure smooth customer service process for corporate houses
∎ Act to achieve the spare parts sales target
∎ Regular visit of corporate house and visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, partners, and other stakeholders
∎ Providing market intelligence to support business for strategic planning
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
∎ Ability to create new corporate client
∎ Ensure arability of spare parts to corporate house
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years exposure in Managerial position.
∎ Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of managing Spare Parts Business independently.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
