∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Masters of Computer Science (MSc) is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Server Management, software support, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructures such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software
∎ Provide troubleshooting solutions
∎ Monitor budget of the IT department
∎ Ensure that all IT requirements of a college are fulfilled
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Participates in the documentation and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures consistent with those of the college to ensure effective operation of an organization.
∎ Participates in development of IT Service Catalog offerings, Service Level Agreements, and Operating Level Agreements consistent with the needs of the organization.
∎ Maintain the Mikrotik router Cisco switches and router, including network printers.
∎ Maintain and overall responsibility for the website of the organization.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Attendance Software and managing security systems.
∎ To provide support services and necessary training to all staff in their computer processing works.
∎ Developing Software in the areas of C# ASP.net and Database: SQL Server 2005, 2008
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Network cabling and provide basic support of networking.
∎ Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
∎ Configuration and maintained LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operation system.
∎ Maintain central PA System Administration.
∎ IT Product Purchase and maintain liaison with Supplier/Vendors of IT Product & Services.
∎ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ IT teaching experience is preferred.
∎ Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Salary: Negotiable
