Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular classroom and clinical teaching sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students, ensuring high standards of academic delivery.
Lead the nursing research strategy and foster a strong research culture within the institution.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students to the highest professional and academic standards.
Lead and manage academic and research staff as appropriate.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations, projects, and research activities.
Implement the College’s philosophy and curriculum to achieve program outcomes and course objectives through effective classroom and clinical teaching.
Participate in academic advising and counseling for assigned groups of students.
Evaluate and document students’ performance in alignment with course objectives.
Assess and grade students’ classwork, laboratory work, clinical activities, assignments, and coursework.
Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum, course content, instructional materials, and teaching methodologies.
Participate in student recruitment, registration, and placement activities.
Serve on academic and administrative committees addressing institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic affairs.
Perform administrative duties, including serving as Department Head when required.
