Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular visits to overdue parties and block-listed entities across the assigned territory.
∎ Provide telephonic reminders to clients to reinforce payment commitments.
∎ Persuade defaulting clients to settle their outstanding dues by offering tailored solutions within company policy.
∎ Escalate chronic defaulters to higher authorities with necessary documentation and updates.
∎ Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts, including visit notes, call logs, and client responses.
∎ Provide weekly and monthly recovery progress reports to supervisors.
∎ Work closely with supervisors and legal teams to ensure effective recovery strategies.
∎ Share insights and trends observed during recovery efforts to aid in decision-making.
∎ Ensure all recovery activities adhere to company policies, legal frameworks, and ethical standards.
∎ Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
