Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, maintain and administer a sound organizational plan; initiate improvements as necessary.
∎ To maintain relation with law enforcement and government office.
∎ Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents, organize, prepare agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings in English.
∎ Supervise and monitor all personnel function like recruitment, selection, training, promotions, terminations, benefits and disciplinary actions, conduct and accomplish interview session.
∎ Manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
∎ To manage effective performance management system.
