Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor and/ or Master's degree from any recognized university preferably in Marketing, Brand Communication or Brand Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate innovative ideas to change, improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
∎ Finding potential areas for the brand.
∎ Analyzing competitors of the brand, pricing, and positioning of the Brand.
∎ Conducting research on local industries for understanding current marketing trends.
∎ Developing strategies to boost brand reputation.
∎ Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ Writing content for brand promotions, press release etc.
∎ Continuously work for developments of currents products.
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and to enhance brand awareness, image and equity.
∎ Liaison with advertising agency to supervise advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Responsible for packaging, labeling, and marketing planning of the Brand.
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Should have strong Brand Communication, Designing and Event Management skills.
∎ Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others.
∎ Applicant must be hard worker and Honest.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office.
∎ Fluent in E-mail and English Communication.
∎ Can do attitude.
∎ Travel Frequently.
