Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Regularly visit the market to collect quotations from suppliers and assess competitive pricing.
Prepare and forward comparative statements (CS) to the supervisor for review and approval.
Perform accurate data entry for received requisitions and delivered materials in the system.
Receive hard copies of documents from user departments to ensure proper documentation.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and provide update to concerned departments.
Disburse cheques or payment summaries to suppliers in accordance with approved procedures.
