∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering & Technology will be given preference
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Apparel Merchandising is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Communication, Developing business strategic planning for long term business relationships.
∎ Communication with suppliers for innovation of new trends, sustainable products with overlooking the global market with cost reductions and cycle time reduction/ improvements.
∎ Communication with factories in capacity planning, business strategic planning, and price pressure negotiations in by-product grouping with long term capacity reservation projection plans.
∎ Overlooking the total supply chain management and maintain the time & action calendars with suppliers/vendors on seasonal basis.
∎ Involving in any kind of issue and troubleshooting with immediate action plans with the communication of relevant people with the solution given.
∎ Involvement in Banking with regard to financial Credit, LC, and other finance terms/transactions.
∎ Preparing the monthly sales forecast against the actual sales and budget.
∎ Coordinating with the management & supervisors in day to day action plans and driving them in the correct direction.
∎ Holding full control and responsibility of costing, sourcing, margins, critical path, bulk quality, production, washing until shipment and as per customer requirement with the best profitability
∎ Managing and supervising of department head of sampling, all internal buying quality heads and head of fabric tech (pre-bulk), head of product development to achieve company goals
∎ Ensuring all product development, designing, presentation, trends, inspiration, fabric/trim sourcing, shopping trip up to current market fashions and providing needs as per customer satisfactions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 05 years or more management experience in retail / sourcing industry
∎ Solid logistics / supply chain experience or knowledge
∎ Good at report preparation and analysis
∎ Strong planning and negotiation skills
∎ Attention to detail and organised
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English
∎ IT skills, proficient in MS office
