• Age 30 to 40 years

• Experience in Dyeing & sweater industry will get preference.

• Encourage to apply at RMG sector work experience.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.         

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.         

• Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.       

• Proper knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power point.

• Follow up dyeing production as per daily target plan, Sample Order, Order Specification & delivery timelines.

• To lead the production team with the required command, guidance, appropriate direction and supervision for its daily/weekly/monthly production target achievement.

• Close coordination with production planning and other related sections will give the production team a clear understanding of the sample before its bulk production.

• To guide the team for an effective machine layout to execute its production schedule and to ensure the utilization of the man, machines, and materials cost-effectively.

• Coordinate lab dip development and secure buyer approvals promptly.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of yarn properties, chemical applications and color standards to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Understand all elements of tech packs, costing and challenge your supply base to improve them through product capability improvements, efficiency and process saving.

• Coordinate with other office teams and collaboratively work together to develop plans and resolve issues effectively.
