Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textile Technology, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have adequate knowledge and good understanding of different types of Woven products (especially outerwear, jackets, bottoms)
∎ Should have strong knowledge on SMV
∎ Must have strong knowledge on various fabric and sources suitable for said product categories
∎ Quick costing exercise, good negotiation skill with vendors
∎ Techpacks analysis and product development skill
∎ Good knowledge on testing protocol for different fabric
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Able to handle several styles at a time independently
∎ Should have sound knowledge of costing, products, fabrics, Fashionable Wash, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Good knowledge on this industry
∎ Has to be up to date with the current state of this industries
∎ A good knowledge about current designs, seeking for new designs and fabrics
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong creative vision
∎ A strong grasp of how colors, patterns and fabrics work together
∎ Business and marketing skills to sell their work
∎ Ability to communicate their vision to clients and colleagues
∎ Applicant should be self -motivated & honest;
∎ Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment.
