Job Context:
∎ The Merchandiser will be accountable for working closely with the team and ensuring effective follow up from product development and sampling stage till shipment ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and timely dispatch in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong negotiation, presentation to achieve pre-defined target, communication, Leadership & analytical skill
∎ Handling top buyers like Sara, Grameen UNIQLO, Ocode ,
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up order independently from development to shipment with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced .
∎ Communicate with suppliers for: raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.

∎ Age 28 to 32 years
