Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Minimum Graduate/ Hon's/ Masters/ BBA, MBA, BIFT/ NIFT Merchandising Degree/ Engineering in Textile will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to process and handle the order independently.
∎ Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications & getting all required approvals within the target dates.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & timely shipment.
∎ Constantly guiding the team keeping in mind about the shipment & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ Proper execution of orders by using 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain high profit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience of working in Woven Factory/ buying House. .
∎ Excellent communication and computer skills.
∎ Ability to work under stressed environment.
∎ Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with buyers and suppliers via mails independently.

Salary: Negotiable
