∎ In-depth knowledge of H&M (Non-Denim) requirements, compliance & SOPs
∎ Strong product knowledge in woven garments
∎ Excellent negotiation, costing, and vendor management skills
∎ Efficient in T&A planning and execution
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and email correspondence
∎ Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a small team
∎ Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage the complete merchandising cycle for H&M Non-Denim styles—from development to shipment
∎ To understand and interpret buyer requirements, tech packs, and deliver accurate product development
∎ To maintain strong communication with buyers, ensuring timely feedback, sample approval, and order confirmation
∎ To work closely with production, planning, QA, and commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution
∎ To handle costing, price negotiation, and order follow-ups
∎ To lead junior merchandisers and ensure team deliverables are met
∎ To conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers, factories, and buying offices
∎ To ensure quality standards and buyer compliance throughout the process
∎ We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Merchandiser to join our Merchandising Department, primarily handling H&M (Non-Denim) accounts. Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the complete merchandising cycle for H&M Non-Denim styles—from development to shipment
∎ To understand and interpret buyer requirements, tech packs, and deliver accurate product development
∎ To maintain strong communication with buyers, ensuring timely feedback, sample approval, and order confirmation
