∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Self-motivated with innate leadership and team collaboration skills.
∎ Monitor social media Trends, and analyze metrics, and adjust the social media strategy accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with influencers and other brands to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
∎ Must be honest, energetic, and career-driven.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently within and outside Dhaka.
∎ Prior experience in B2B marketing/advertising will be given preference.
∎ Prior experience in digital marketing agency/advertising agency or client side marketing in a similar (Engineering-FMCG-Service) role will be given preference.

∎ Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
∎ Plan and execute campaigns for both ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
∎ Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and catalogues, ensuring high-quality design and impactful messaging.
∎ Manage social media platforms and execute advertising campaigns, including analyzing performance data for optimization.
∎ Develop content marketing strategies, including the creation of engaging blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
∎ Conduct market research to gather insights and recommend improvements for marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports on website traffic, social media performance, and marketing ROI.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and feedback collection.
∎ Frequent project site visits to capture photos and insights for marketing purposes.

∎ Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with expertise in brand building, social media advertising, and data analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong content marketing skills, experience in preparing marketing materials (brochures, leaflets, etc.), and a solid background in service marketing.
