• Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance processes and tools.

• Must have knowledge and work experience in Sub-Station Operations, Maintenance & Repairing.

• Must have work experience with all types of Generators Operations, Maintenance & Repairing.

• Must have knowledge and experience in Overhead Line Systems.

• Basic Understanding of Air Conditioning (A/C) Systems.

• Must have experience in Field-Level Work.

• Work experience in DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, PDB or Palli Biddyut will be a Highly Advantage.

• Must have the flexibility to work on Government Holidays if required, wihtout unnecessary excuses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians for electrical and mechanical maintenance works as per Manager’s Direction.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot all types of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Oversee scheduled and emergency maintenance work, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with national electrical safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Report all maintenance activities to the Manager and coordinate tasks as directed.

• Assist the Manager in handling administrative and operational duties within the department.

• Keep the Manager informed about the potential tenders and procurement processes.

• Build and sustain relationship with key decision-makers in government and private organization.
