2-3 years experience in tender submission through e-GP, Govt organisation website and hard copy. RFQ and LTM experience is required.
2-3 years in relevant field. Ability to work under pressure and long hours Computer skills Frequent travel within Dhaka Must be a good team player Excellent communication skill in both English &Bengali
Responsibilities & Context:
Browse newspaper, e-GP and others website for upcoming and potential tender.
Excellent knowledge in Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, Internet, e-GP, E-mail, Scanning etc.)
Preparation & Submission of all type of Local, International & e-GP Tender.
Preparation all type of RFQ/RFP/Offer/Quotation/EOI/Enlistment.
Liaison with engineering team for pricing of BOQ/RFQ/RFP/Offer/Quotation.
Purchase, download & prepare checklist of tenders (Manual, e-GP & e-Tender).
Follow up/ Maintain data on upcoming & submitted Tenders.
Prepare any kind of Deed of Agreement relating Tender & others.
Prepare & keep records of BG/PG/APG/PO/Retention Money/Security Money relating Tender & Bank.
Issue letter for submission & refund of BG/PG/APG/PO/Retention Money/Security Money relating Tender & Bank.
Daily check all e-GP account & E-mail correspondence with clients & other sources.
Follow up the project until receiving the cheque after acceptance of NOA.
Write any letter in English & Bangla. Good typing speed of Bangla & English.
