• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Any certificate from a government institute related to planning and design will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

• In-depth knowledge of plumbing design and fluid technology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proven experience in cost estimation and managing project budgets efficiently.

• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

• Prior experience in managing project team/s

• A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and high-quality standards in all project phases.

• Must be able to ride a bike and possess a valid driving license.

Pacific Maintenance and Engineering Group, one of the renowned engineering conglomerate of Bangladesh With over 35 years in the Market, PME is venturing into everyday engineering products for the B2B and B2C Market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Oversee the construction, design, and maintenance of swimming pool projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Lead and manage multiple swimming pool projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

• Supervise the design process for new swimming pool installations and renovations, ensuring designs meet industry standards and client requirements.

• Work closely with architects and engineers to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing pool designs.

• Approve final designs, blueprints, and technical specifications for construction projects.

• Ensure designs take into account cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for swimming pools to ensure they are operational and safe for use.

• Coordinate and supervise the regular inspection of pool equipment, water treatment systems, filtration, and pumps to ensure proper functioning.

• Oversee repairs and troubleshooting of swimming pool systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff in the successful execution of swimming pool projects and maintenance.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in swimming pool construction and maintenance.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Prepare and present project proposals, updates, and final reports to clients.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are completed within financial constraints.

• Work with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services needed for construction and maintenance projects.

• Ensure that safety equipment and protective measures are in place for all work areas.

• Identify new business opportunities within the swimming pool construction and maintenance sector.
