• Skills & Expertise: Cookware Sales

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Cookware industry.

• Analyze competitors’ market, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

• Explore and identify potential new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities to expand the company`s presence and revenue streams in the Cookware industry.

• Maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and secure long-term partnerships.

• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the consumer sales team, providing guidance and ensure sales support 24/7 so that they meet individual and team sales goals.

• Establish performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team`s capabilities.

• Ensure effective market visit and field monitoring for identifying the gap of market, and sales team, take initiative to resolve those problem in effective way also manage customer complain smoothly

• Provide regular reports to the management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
