Responsibilities & Context:

Brand Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual identity across all communication platforms.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine brand direction.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital).

  • Oversee creative concept development, media planning, and execution.

  • Evaluate campaign performance through KPIs and ROI analysis.

Corporate Communication & PR:

  • Manage corporate communications, media relations, and public affairs.

  • Draft press releases, speeches, and official statements to maintain positive brand reputation.

  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management activities.

Digital & Content Management:

  • Lead social media strategy, content development, and community engagement.

  • Supervise digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and influencer collaborations.

  • Ensure alignment between digital storytelling and overall brand objectives.

Internal Communication & Employer Branding:

  • Design and implement internal communication plans to strengthen company culture.

  • Support HR and leadership teams in developing employer branding materials and campaigns.

  • Organize internal events and recognition programs to boost employee engagement.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage annual brand and marketing budgets.

  • Track spending, measure effectiveness, and provide monthly/quarterly reports to management.

  • Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and organizational standards.
