Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on Cotton & Polyster Dyeing, Knitted Fabric only
∎ Experienced in Dyeing Fabrications like Single Jersey, Pique, Terry, Fleece, Interlock, Rib, Lycra Rib, Heavy Jersey, Brushed Back Fleece
∎ Capable to do both Single Part Dyeing of Cotton Fabric and Double Part Dyeing of CVC/PC Blended Fabric.
∎ Experience to run the exhaust dyeing machine of Fong’s, Dilmenler, Canlar, Thies, Sclavos
∎ Capable to dye Cotton & Polyester blended fabric with Meghmani Reactobond Dyes and Terasil Disperse Dyes series/ Huntsman/ Archroma/ CHT Series.
∎ Experienced working with Fu-Color, KISCO, OH-YOUNG, KIRI, Renowned Dyestuff Brands for dyeing cotton and polyester fabric.
∎ Coordinate between Color Lab Recipe Formulation, Sample Dyeing and Bulk Dyeing to control the shade and dye-lot.
∎ Keep record of Color Lab, Recipe Formulations, Dyestuff Selection, Dyeing Curves and Profiles and production-friendliness of recipes between Color Lab and Bulk Production.
∎ Good idea about wash-off and fixing, to control the color fastness of the fabric as per buyer requirements.
∎ Good understanding on trichromatic color selection, primary and secondary color, exhaustion and fixation of reactive dyes, high temperature high pressure dyeing of polyester with disperse dyes.
∎ Experience in Dyeing H&M, C&A, KARIBAN, LIDL, KIABI, Celio*, ALDI, NKD, TAKKO, PRIMARK, PEPCO, Bestseller, B&C, KiK, New Yorker, LPP Cotton/ CVC & PC Fabric.
∎ Good matching capability between Lab and Bulk, ensuring RFT Dyeing between 80 – 90%.
∎ Ensure color fastness to wash, rubbing, light and other agents and unloading dyed fabric of exportable quality
∎ Experienced to use Dyeing Chemicals and Auxiliaries in Dyeing as per Supplier’s usage/ dosing guidelines.
∎ Keep good record on dyestuff and chemical lot, in-housing and expiry, preservation, keeping record of each dye-lots self shade.
∎ Experience to work with spectrophotometer – DataColor 650 or 800, X-Rite, Hunterlab, Minolta or any spectrophotometer.
∎ CIELAB Quadrant Matching, DE CMC Value usage, QTX Matching,Checking batch to batch shade deviations keeping DE CMC Value using DataColor Spectrophotometer.
∎ Good knowledge about heat setting, pretreatment, dyeing and finishing.
∎ Proper control of fabric shade after dyeing and multiple time-stentering, brushing, shearing, peach finish and full finishing,
∎ to ensure conformity with Buyer’s approved Lab Dip/ Approved PP/ Approved Dye-Lot Standard.
∎ Overcome Dyeing defects and troubleshooting to correct the dyestuff/auxiliaries solution dosing, process wise shade checking, correction of any shades or dyeing defects through reprocess.
∎ Good knowledge about addition, topping, stripping, re-dyeing.
∎ Good ability to dye body fabric and rib fabric, with drawn to match quality.
∎ Production follow up with daily production target setting, with two shifts.
∎ Experience to use ERP (LogicSoft) for Dyeing Production, Chemical Requisition, Daily Costing, Daily Production Report Generation.
∎ Work to reduce the dyeing time and increase the number of dyeing batches per day.
∎ Reduce the dyestuff and chemical costing for each batch being processed.
∎ Follow up the water consumption per batch being dyed and work with a target to reduce excessive water consumption during dyeing.
