Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bicycle /RishawParts/ Small Battery/ Small Tyre Industries:
∎ Taking care of: * Product Designing * Brand Activity and activation* National Dealer networks & Sales.
∎ Lead national based sales team to meet overall target, goal and growth.
∎ Manage national dealer network operations in line with the company's sales objectives.
∎ Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.
∎ Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments
∎ Review and approve brand/business plan, newly developed products and marketing/communication strategies.
∎ Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies .
∎ * Formulate sales promotion, excitement, events and proper visual merchandising.
∎ Coordinate development of new products based on the market and consumer intelligence.
∎ Creating strategy for brand positioning, brand development and brand momentum.
∎ Review and approve plan for annual forecasting for raw materials and finished products of the all categories.
∎ * Oversee in strategic analysis, including research into suppliers, markets and product and service categories, to inform and develop commercial strategy and sourcing plans.
∎ * Take necessary action to enhance sales and ensure targets are being met. Motivate sales channel to ensure maximum performance and sales growth. * Increase dealer network, verification of dealer’s business capacity, maintain dealer relationship
∎ * Formulation of outlet branding, product branding, developing and implementing advertising and communication plan.
∎ * Connecting, Communicating and Managing people from both inside and outside of the organization form the lead point for b2b sales.
∎ * Performance evaluation of the team, also Train and develop the team on Job basis.
∎ * Managing Corporate Events and regular activation through extensive corporate branding.
∎ * Review progress reports on performance of new product after launching. Provide strategies for corrective action if product is under-performing.
∎ * Identify current and future customers’ requirements and ensure suitable products are available at the right price and promoted in the right way across the retail stores.

Additional Requirements:
