∎ 12 to 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ceramic Tiles Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning.
∎ Compare actual quality with standard set by the management.
∎ Responsible of all technical & operational Issues.
∎ Evaluation of existing production target and fix a new production target.
∎ Preparing daily production reports, Monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation.
∎ Research on new machinery and latest systems that meets companies long term goal and preparing cost benefits analysis.
∎ Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions.
∎ Recruitment of Machine operators through standard test, if required.
∎ Constant control of direct labor cost.
∎ Initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation.
∎ Research and development for samples prior to production start.
∎ Preparing & Implementing training plan for team member and any other responsibility as per advice of the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given experienced with similar manufacturing industry.

Salary: Negotiable
