∎ Age at least 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining the minimum stock level of every essential material and informing the supervisor.
∎ Collection of Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR) from different sections and taking necessary steps for further action.
∎ Collect store requisition slips and deliver the goods after approval.
∎ To assist the Purchase Officer in ensuring appropriate procurement of the materials.
∎ To assist the Store In-Charge / Officer in updating the stock ledger, MRR, Store report and inventory on time.
∎ Following appropriate store inventory and methods as deemed fit.
∎ Ensuring proper tagging and storing of raw materials & goods in appropriate places.
∎ Measuring & storing of incoming raw materials.
∎ Assisting Store In-Charge with proper management of the store.
∎ The candidate must be capable of storing goods by following the BIDC Store Control Manual.
